This cozy condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind as you explore all that Mammoth Lakes has to offer. The location could not be better, set back off the street the unit is quiet and private, and only steps across the street from the trolley line providing easy access to the Village as well as Canyon lodge or just about anywhere you want to go in Mammoth.

Living Room: There is plenty of room for everyone in the living area on the sectional sofa. Build a fire in the fireplace to keep warm, and watch the 55” Roku TV which has cable, a DVD player, and the ability to connect to any of your favorite streaming services.
Dining area: The dining table comfortably seats 6 comfortably for a meal or a game. Extra seating is also available at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all your basic cooking and eating utensils for a daily or holiday meal. The drip coffee maker will help you get the day going.

Sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom offers a Temper Pedic king size mattress for your comfort. The master bedroom also has a half bath attached, with a toilet and sink. You're located just across the road from the bike path and road to the lakes basin for summer fun and about a quarter mile from Canyon Lodge and a half mile from the Village and gondola. This downstairs unit includes 2 parking spaces, and requires no stairs to access, so easy to bring in your gear.

Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include: hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility. Summer only: heated swimming pool, and community BBQ's.
